Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been installed or previously used, must be in the same condition that you received it, complete with all the original contents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt / invoice or proof of purchase.
Return requests due to change of mind reasons, buyer remorse / error or similar will incur a mandatory 20% restocking fee if the return request is accepted. This is not negotiable.

If your return is accepted, you must return the product to the senders address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is liable for all return shipping expenses and ensuring safe delivery of the returned product(s). The original shipping fee from the purchase is not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling will not be accepted for returns or refunds. Any replacement parts or items which are required will be at the customer's expense.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or special order / individualised items (this includes, but is not limited to, Bimmertech and Alpha One products).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchange and / or replacement items will not be dispatched until the original purchase item(s) have been returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for products or items that have been damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
