The affordable way to retrofit wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto into essentially any older Mercedes model running NTG4.0 whilst utilising the factory screen for an 100% clean and OEM-like install. This Integration Retrofit will turn a standard NTG4.0 system into one which can support both wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto without having any cables visible or noticeable any signs that there's been an install carried out. As these models of Mercedes are beginning to show their age, especially in the infotainment sector, this upgrade will instantly result in a much needed refresh and will make driving a pleasure!

Benefits of this upgrade include:

- Fullscreen wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto straight on the factory display

- Utilise up-to-date navigational apps including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze and more

- Listen to your personalised playlists, podcasts and all the available radio stations via Spotify, Pandora and TuneIn Radio just to name a few

- Complete integration with the factory controls including the Comand controller, steering wheel controls and factory microphone

- Supports factory fitted reverse camera's as well as offering both additional inputs for aftermarket front and rear view parking cameras

Even with this upgrade fitted - the original Comand dial will continue to fully work 100% without any interruptions or features being lost meaning you can still access all the original menus, service data, settings and all the factory cameras will continue to work as per normal.

Compatible with all Mercedes models with NTG4.0 COMAND head units including:
- W204 C-Class (Pre-facelift)
- Includes AMG variants (i.e. C63)
(Only compatible with the factory 7 inch 'pop up' style display)

    Good unit but limited space to fit it

    Functions well but there's very limited space to mount the module in the dash so be prepared to wrestle with trying to get it in there. I ended up just fitting it behind the carpet as it's not too noticeable. They suggested above and behind the glovebox but I just couldn't figure it out.

    Very nice upgrade though and being able to keep the flippy up display which I think is a cool feature so didn't want to lose it. Similar to the other guy's review, I like how it looks original which was one of the main selling points.

    My next project is to add a reverse camera which I saw the module had inputs for but that's for another time.

    OEM+ Solution

    I had Victor from Auto teknic solutions install one of these units into my 2009 Mercedes AMG c63 and I'm more than impressed. Arrived on time and was very informative with the entire process then spent the time to setup my phone to use Carplay.

    I chose this unit over the larger screen as I wanted to keep everything looking original in my car and those units which swap out the display just didn't look right to me. This on the other hand keeps everything the same but with Carplay on it which is just crazy for a 2009 car with modern day tech on it. Needless to say it really hits the nail on the head with giving the car a new breath of life.
